filter()

The filter() method creates a new array with all elements that pass the test implemented by the provided function.

var words = ["spray", "limit", "elite", "exuberant", "destruction", "present"];

var longWords = words.filter(word => word.length > 6);

// Filtered array longWords is ["exuberant", "destruction", "present"]

Filtering out all small values

const isBigEnough = (value) => value >= 10;

var filtered = [12, 5, 8, 130, 44].filter(isBigEnough);
// filtered is [12, 130, 44]

Filtering invalid entries from JSON

  { id: 0 },
